It took a second call (I had to purchase some hardware to replace a broken piece.), but all was done within the expected time frame and rate. They were reasonable, logical, efficient and pleasant. David squeezed me in at the last minute to diagnose a problem with a PC. His business is based out of his home, but don't let that deter you from the fact that it's professional workshop environment. He offers a free diagnosis and doesn't pressure you into anything. I highly recommend Greg for all your PC needs!

Great experience with them!! My computer didn't connect to the hdmi cable, the nice sir try for an hour to fix it. Installed for me updates but couldn't fix it. The problem was the motherboard and he said it's to expensive for me to fix it and it's better to buy a new one. He didn't even want to take money after hour of working!! Thank you very much I will recommend for everyone to go there!! I will come again for sure
